We open up our new psychosomatic specialist clinic Altmühltal with over 140 beds. Our goal is to establish a Germany-wide leading center for the specialized treatment of psychosomatic diseases. You can take a key role here!

Your duties

• They are the first point of contact for employees, patients, relatives and guests and control the diverse inter-party traffic.
• With an overview and reliability, you can organize the appointments of the medical administration and coordinate various meetings and voting.
• They independently take over all the office and secretariat tasks and ensure that the administrative day-to-day business is carried out.
• In addition, organize the typing service, coordinate new recruits of the professional groups that are unprecedented to the chief physician.
• They organise training events and, together with the medical management, accompany the further training of assistant physicians.

Your profile

• They have a successfully completed three-year professional training or a comparable position.
• Ideally, you have already been able to gain professional experience in a comparable position and benefit from your structured and service-oriented way of working.
• They possess knowledge of medical terminology and move safely in the clinical environment.
• Personally, you are characterized by team skills and flexibility and are committed to cooperation.
• Organizational skill is one of your strengths – you understand how to structure processes efficiently and keep an overview in a dynamic working day.
• You also have a secure and routined handling of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
