Microsoft server worlds: installation, configuration and operation of Microsoft server environments (on-prem and/or hybrid) Tech Support: Support and support of customer systems in 1st and 2nd levels – remote and on site Troubleshooting: Systematic error analysis and sustainable troubleshooting and performance problems Data Center / Data Center: Supporting complex systems in our own data center (maintenance, operation, changes) Documentation: Care of system documentation, operating and handbooks so that knowledge remains available in the team

You have a completed training as a professional informant*in (system integration) or a study in the IT field (or a comparable qualification). You'll also bring the following: At least 4 years of professional experience in the IT environment Experience in the Microsoft stack, especially Microsoft 365 and Azure – and the desire to continuously expand your knowledge Ideally knowledge of SOPHOS firewalls, Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID Microsoft certifications such as AZ-500 and/or MS-500 are a plus (already available or you are interested in purchasing them with us) You are a team player: You openly address topics, give constructive feedback and actively work on solutions with German in Word and Writing A structured, organised and independent way of working If you want to work in a dynamic environment where your skills are appreciated and promoted, you are right with us.
