Development of sustainable heat projects: You plan and accompany innovative heat supply strategies for municipalities, quarters and industrial areas. You always keep a close eye on the whole and tax projects from the first potential analysis to economic testing and price calculation Project planning & control: You coordinate feasibility studies, project plans and external service providers with a wide overview. You ensure that all measures are implemented on time – from the offer phase to the realization to the successful project conclusion Supply and contract management: Commit offers, present projects convincingly, negotiate with customers and partners and accompany the contract conclusion. You also monitor ongoing contracts and insurance, for example for maintenance and maintenance Funding & Economics: You support the application and execution of funding and continuously review the economic performance of the projects. To optimize the assigned assets and the sustainable efficiency of the assets Operation & Monitoring: You take commercial operations management tasks for running plants, test their performance and work out optimization measures

Qualification: completed studies (Master/Diplom) of energy technology, supply technology, process engineering or mechanical engineering or comparable training Experience: Practice in the control of energy infrastructure projects focusing on design, planning and construction of central energy production plants Know-how: Commercial understanding, MS Office routine and Class B driving licence Working methods: customer- and result-oriented, secure for communication and negotiation Personality: A self-confident team player with an analytical mindset and fun in innovation
