Then you will become part of our established breathing therapy team in the Centre for Internal Medicine and contribute to the new quality of life for patients. The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices. Holistic patient care: You take over the breathing-therapeutic care of patients in the normal station as well as representation in the intensive care unit. Interdisciplinary respiration therapy: You initiate non-invasive respirations and carry out regular checks in close cooperation with the medical service. Professional respiratory management: You are responsible for secretion management as well as the use and care of breathing-therapeutic devices. Knowledge-based training: You train patients as well as employees competently in dealing with breathing therapeutic measures and devices.

You have completed training in breathing therapy. You bring special expertise in non-invasive ventilation. You like to work interdisciplinary and appreciate the close cooperation with different professional groups. You are characterized by a high degree of empathy, communication strength and sense of responsibility in dealing with patients.
