Total responsibility of technology and infrastructure incl. Costs at the site Ensuring technological development Optimization of production processes with production, research and QC Ensuring the implementation of Capex projects with the help of planning tools Support in the planning and execution of new technical facilities Ensuring location - energies Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Departments Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Personnel responsibility: employee management and employee assessment, participation in the personnel selection for technical staff, planning of resources Training and further training of employees, leading employee talks Total responsibility for maintenance and preventive maintenance of production facilities Ensuring plant availability Participation in the acquisition of new means of work and equipment during rebuilding or rebuilding New building. Definition of standards Ensuring the documentation of maintenance, testing and technical changes and compliance with relevant compliance and safety requirements Total responsibility for all permits Warranty Topics: Ex Protection, Fire Protection, VDE Security, Approvals (BImSCH, WHG, ...), CE Conformity Creation Links and communication with the authorities Compliance with laws, applicable regulations and recognised rules of technology Compliance with the safety instructions provided by XSYS Germany GmbH's Environmental Protection, Health and Safety Directive Creation of risk assessments related to new technologies in cooperation with production and OPEX Compliance with Directives on the handling of hazardous substances (Traditional Regulation) Functions/other Diverse Commissioner Function: Radiation Protection Officer, Immission Protection Officer, WHG Link to technical purchasing Permanent member in energy management

Complete technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics) or a comparable technical qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience as technical manager Understanding both electrotechnical and mechanical systems and their interfaces internally and externally Experience in the leadership of a multi-headed team Impressive capacity for structured analysis of technical problems and implementation of pragmatic solutions Safe handling of planning tools and willingness to use and develop digital solutions High communication and social competence, decision-making and enforcement Excellent cost and quality awareness as well as entrepreneurial thinking readiness to chronological flexibility within the framework of production requirements Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
