Competent patient coordination: You are the first contact person for outpatient and day-care patients as well as their reference persons and take over the appointment and preparatory communication. Comprehensive outpatient care: You accompany the patient reception and care on the outpatient day, organize diagnostic examinations and, if necessary, take on activities such as blood withdrawals. Careful performance billing: You prepare the ambulance bill for empowerment clinics and carry out the performance bill according to the rules of charge for doctors (GOÄ) in the private ambulance. Structured settlement coordination: You create quarterly and annual accounts in cooperation with the external accounting office. Reliable day clinic organization: You take over the organizational control and management of the neurological day clinic.

You have a successfully completed training as a medical specialist (m/w/d). You bring a good technical understanding in dealing with medical devices. You enjoy working with people and encounter patients with openness, empathy and a safe occurrence. You are characterized by an independent, conscientious and responsible way of working as well as organisational skills and communication strength.
