Production planners and controllers (m/f/d)

Design the processes of our production planning/control and further development of the MRP strategy (Los quantities, stocks, planning, termination and control methods) Outputting production orders by means of demand messages (multistage assembly production) Continuous continuous termination of production orders taking into account capacity requirements and stocks Determining material and tool requirements for manufacturing orders and tuning these requirements with purchasing and our in-house tool construction Monitoring capacity utilisation based on machine occupancy plans Early detection of imminent bottlenecks and introduction of parking measures (e.g., optimize machine occupancy, increase capacity in consultation with the production, cause forwarding in consultation with the purchase) Early detection and reporting of imminent underemployment Monitor the progress of manufacturing orders and their sequence Monitoring delivery dates, early detection of imminent delay in delivery and introduction of storage measures Monitor stock development and optimize, detect and eliminate quantitative or temporal overdispositions Maintenance of MRP master data in the ERP system Vote and coordinate delivery dates with manufacturing, sales and purchasing

On the basis of a successfully completed study of business management or mechanical engineering, preferably with a focus on production planning and logistics or a completed advancement to the state-tested engineer, you have several years of professional experience as a production planner/planner in the metalworking industry, preferably in the forging industry. Equipped with an open personal basic attitude, you will address the challenges you face.You will bring organisational talent, negotiation skills and a secure appearance.You will complete your profile through creativity, flexibility, team-ability and self-initiative.Freedom of charge, as well as generally entrepreneurial action are also present.
