Financial Accounting - EMEA (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Accounting & financial statements: You carry out operational bookings, maintain the main book and take responsibility for defined topics in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in SAP. Monthly balance sheets: You conduct regular balance sheet adjustments and check intra-group recalculations within the company. Support for assigned companies: After your incorporation, you take over the daily and monthly tasks for defined companies and ensure their timely and accurate processing. Reports & exams: You actively participate in the preparation of annual reports and financial statements and ensure the quality of the audit reports. In addition, you act as a competent representative for auditors and auditors. Cooperation with the FP&A team: You support the monthly analysis of the budget as well as the target-actual deviations. Cash flow & debt management: You create monthly cash flow forecasts as well as reports on the maturity structure of receivables and thus actively support the financial department. Ad hoc requests: You perform short-term tasks as required and process ad hoc topics reliably and solution-oriented. Administrative activities: You prepare company decisions and assist in the production or Statistical reporting. Digitalization & Projects: You accompany the further development of our processes in SAP S/4HANA. If you wish, you will be able to contribute to further projects for digitalization and process optimization.

Your profile – This brings you: You have a commercial training – ideally complemented by a further education on the account book holder*, or an economic study or an economic study. a comparable qualification. You bring at least three years of professional experience in accounting and in the main accounting according to HGB. Knowledge of IFRSs is advantageous. You have experience in financial reporting in a complex, multinational environment. You have a sound knowledge of the requirements of financial reporting as well as the processes of the main book, the monthly and annual accounts and the audits. Ideally, you are familiar with SAP, at best with S/4HANA. Also work safely with MS Office, especially Excel. You master German and English fluent in word and writing.
