Technical management and organisation of the Villip asphalt mixing plant Leadership of a team of about 3 professional employees Control and ensuring the economic, time and quality execution of production Control and procurement of raw materials Planning and organisation of maintenance measures, wear and replacement parts procurement, and implementation of maintenance and repair measures (completion with regard to Investment measures in cooperation with the management) Optimization, monitoring and adaptation of ongoing production processes and processes Regular reporting to the management of all essential technical, commercial and personal matters Working day review with regard to safety regulations Industrial activities to ensure trouble-free operation

Successfully completed techn. (m/w/d) asphalt technology, or a comparable technical training such as industrial mechanic (m/w/d), tool mechanic (m/w/d), plant mechanic (m/w/d), etc. Ideally, you have professional experience in connection with production facilities or Machine technology, preferably from the asphalt industry, and have first leadership experience Practical, well-structured and independent working (hands-on mentality) Responsible and careful handling of high-quality technology is obvious to you Driving licence B A high degree of initiative and self-motivation Team skills and communicative competence complete your profile
