Complete professional teaching as a specialist for warehouse logistics or merchant/buyer in the industrial or commercial sector Complete further education as a supply chain manager or a study in industrial engineering with logistics department, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the logistics environment. Additional experience in a leadership position in a comparable environment is a plus. Very good German language skills (level C1) and good English skills (level B1) Convenient handling of MS-Office and SAP knowledge Pronounced team player with high own initiative and structured work readiness to travel for a multi-month period at our location in Switzerland

In this versatile leadership role, you are responsible for the availability and timely provision of customer orders and monitor their smooth running. You coordinate customer-specific productions and ensure proper packaging as well as the timely transport declaration. You are also responsible for the operational procurement of raw materials, including order releases, goods receipt checks, goods storage, goods bookings and invoice releases. And if something goes wrong, you're part of the solution. With your high self-sufficiency and your structured way of working, you succeed in carrying out Cause Analysis and defining measures for sustainable problem solving. You like to introduce yourself and think “outside the box” to develop the entire logistics organization. This enables you to identify and exploit optimization potentials in the field of goods flow, waste disposal and recycling. Your digital affinity helps you effectively use various IT programs every day, especially SAP, SharePoint and Microsoft Office. In addition to operating logistics, you will help build the logistics team and play a central role in the introduction of new logistics employees. You develop training plans, coach your employees on the job and give feedback to ensure a sustainable development of your team. Your leadership tasks also include personnel decisions, and you make sure that internal requirements are complied with.
