Holistic staff support along the Employee Life Cycles for your own care area (Bad Hersfeld/Hauneck and Kassel) within the branch Bad Hersfeld Service-oriented support of executives and employees in all HR questions to find individual solutions Own-sponsored accompaniment of recruiting processes in cooperation with our internal talent Acquisition Center and onboarding Processing of labour and collective law issues and trusting cooperation with local employee representatives Support in education and training Takeover of project tasks and active support of change processes Participation in the design of a trusted and reliable relationship between business and HR

Complete business studies, ideally focusing on human resources management, psychology or labour law Work experience in operational personnel work and knowledge in collective agreement, wage tax and social security law Good knowledge of working and business constitutional law First experience in logistics is desirable Safe handling of MS Office programs and ideally with the PAISY and SucessFactors personal accounting system Own-sponsored and structured operation and communication strength High service and team orientation as well as absolute discretion and loyalty
