Operational Engineers (m/f/d)

Ensure operator responsibility for the entire technical operation and operational safety of the plants and compliance with applicable regulations, if appropriate in coordination with the overall responsibility of electrical specialists and the specialist workers, occupational health and fire protection for buildings and properties of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, and div. Rental properties Control, monitoring and control of technical service providers in technical building management (TGM) Planning, implementation and evaluation of measures to ensure the smooth and proper operation of the technical building equipment Improvement and/or renewal of technical installations and planning and development of maintenance processes Creating performance lists and performance descriptions for the preparation and implementation of national and pan-European tenders Perception of the building function for all TGM construction measures including warranty management and documentation and reporting Monitoring and control of the cost-effectiveness of technical installations and the creation and updating of concepts for the management and optimization of technical building equipment

Qualification: completed technical (technical)university training (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) in the field of building, electrical or utility technology, technical facility management or in a comparable course of study or a comparable qualification (e.g. state-tested technician [w/m/d] with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience) Competences: Multiannual professional experience in technical building management/technical facility management desirable Knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards (e.g. operational safety regulation, GEFMA, AMEV, DIN, RBBau, HOAI, VOB, VOL) IT skills for Word and Excel, Outlook, SAP skills are desirable basic business and real estate knowledge Other: Ability to work independently and team-oriented strong communication and moderation capability safe occurrence, targeted action strong customer orientation Ready for the extended safety review pursuant to § 9 SÜG (Safety Review Act) Special note: The prerequisite for the job placement is the successful extended safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG), which may include the spouse/living partner(s).
