You guide the Working Group “Demenzsensibles SKK” and work with the working group members to prepare proposals for the design of dementia-sensitive structures in our house.

Specifically, you take the following activities:

  • Advice and training of nurses on current aspects of dementia care
  • Development and implementation of concepts for dementia care and care as well as interdisciplinary development and implementation of new supply concepts together with the care expert team
  • Implementation of internal training and workshops to raise awareness of the needs of people with dementia
  • Ensuring quality in care and support in the implementation of care guidelines as well as developing care concepts on dementia and/or Delir
  • Head of the Working Group on “Demencesensibles SKK” and participation in project work and network work
