You actively shape (full-time or part-time with at least 32h) the construction of a new area for people with mental illnesses and, if necessary, further assistance. Its site is located in Nauen (Wohnen) and Friesack (Day Structure). You take responsibility for the technical and organizational management:

Team leadership: Head of a multi-professional team (8-10 employees) from specialist and assistants Client work: new clients, control of individual aid processes and promotion of daily structure as well as independent living in the two-way principle Coordination and cooperation: cooperation with supervisors, authorities, relatives and medical and therapeutic institutions Organization: Service planning, time and performance detection, application procedures for your team Documentation: Creation of reports and documentation as a basis for cooperation and procurement Project development: further development of the concept and content of the project

Complete study or training (ergotherapy, social education, psychology) or comparable qualification Experience in working with people with mental illnesses and/or addiction diseases Management skills and organizational talent Communication strength, team skills and responsibility Car driver's license
