Work with figures: Establishment of supplementary offers and enforcement of claims as part of a project team Construction workflows: compilation of the basis of claim, costing of the change of contract and carrying out subsequent negotiations Cooperation: Cooperation with all project participants and further development of internal standards

Qualification: Completed technical or commercial studies, master craftsman (m/w/d) or engineer (m/w/d), also a comparable training Practical experience: Experience in the field of supplementary management, calculation, construction and project management or a related professional experience Competence: Ideally knowledge of the costing of construction prices, the follow-up management and the VOB Affinity for figures: Accuracy and conscientiousness in the processing of contracts and invoices for the economic conclusion of our construction projects
