As a senior expert right with a focus on compliance, you advise on complex legal issues and in all matters relevant to compliance. You accompany internal processes and legal topics in the field of compliance (such as anti-corruption, business partner compliance, clerk system, anti-corruption)

Your tasks:

Content support and optimization of the compliance management system and reporting system Creation and further development of policies, standards and processes Preparation and implementation of training Implementation and coordination of internal investigations, incident management and escalation processes Support for internal and external audits As part of the Legal Team, you work closely with all central functions and other specialist departments (purchasing, IT, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, HR, Risk Management) Direct line of report to General Counsel; quarterly presentation of the compliance reports in the management session and written reporting to the shareholders

Your skills:

For activity, you have a completed second legal state exam Multiannual professional experience in legal and compliance consulting, ideally in-house or in a firm with a focus on compliance Funded knowledge in the field of compliance and relevant legal areas and the supervision of a CMS Routinized handling of MS Office, use of Legal Tech and AI solutions, process automation and data-driven compliance monitoring Teamability and competence to work closely with internal departments and external parties Hands-on mentality, as well as a self-responsible, structured manner Entrepreneurial understanding and the ability to simplifies and understand complex processes Team spirit, commitment and communication strength You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
