(Senior) Consultant – Financial Services (all genders)

You will become part of the new team at Forvis Mazars, which develops and expands the field of audit-related consulting with a focus on credit institutions, financial service providers, asset managers and real estate companies. On the one hand, you will deal with the design and implementation of internal control systems, on the other hand, support and advise internal audit functions in their tasks. The central focus of your work is the analysis, assessment and optimization of process processes, control measures and roles of corporate governance. The clients you are advising are both nationally and internationally operating companies from the financial services sector of different sizes. Future topics such as ESG and digitalization are also the focus of your activity in these contexts. Last but not least, there are large spaces for the proactive co-design of the team and our range of advice.

Successfully completed economic studies, preferably with the focus on finance, controlling, accounting, auditing and/or process management First professional experience in consulting, annual audit and/or internal audit with a focus on Financial Services Special interest in current financial services topics A strong analytical mindset and willingness to work on complex topics and projects Motivation to accompany companies in the digital transformation Openness for new topics and willingness to participate in team building and proactively shape business development
