Management and processing of our debitor accounts clarification of open items and differences – internally and externally Booking of debitory receipts, payment receipts, property accounts and bank accounts (ELKO) Creating/ managing SEPA man data and creating the direct debit Responsibility for dunning Processing and administration of request confirmations Representation in creditor accounting Support for the creation of monthly and annual accounts (according to HGB) Cooperation with projects in the field of financial accounting

A completed training in the commercial sector – e.g. (m/w/d) or comparable Ideally, a further development to the account holder (m/w/d) – no need, but a plus Multiannual professional experience in accounting and a structured, independent working Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel First experience with SAP or other ERP systems of advantage
