Construction projects: You bring experience in handling funding and work routined in projects for construction projects. Purchase management: In this position you will be responsible for the purchase of freelance services according to VgV/HOAI and construction services according to VOB/A. Interface function: As a competent contact person, you advise the technical departments of technology and inventory management on all procurement topics. Calls for proposals: As part of the procurement regulations, you conduct tenders in close coordination with the specialist departments. Procurement procedures: Depending on the expected costs of the services, you define the appropriate type of award procedure. Digital publication: You take the task of publishing award documents on platforms such as the Land Berlin award platform and TED. Offer check: Offers are tested, evaluated and supported with recommendations for action. Negotiating professional: independent and targeted, you conduct negotiation and bidder talks with potential contractors. Order preparation: You prepare the order assignment, support the creation in SAP and actively accompany the process.

You have a completed commercial training and several years of relevant professional experience in purchasing – so you have a solid basis as a professional in your field. Ideally, you have already been active in purchasing construction, supply and services, for example in a construction company, engineering office or a comparable technical environment, also on the part of a contracting authority. In the national and European purchasing and procurement law, you can move safely and bring well-founded, practical knowledge to GWB, VgV, VOB and HOAI. Your professional supplier management, your safe application of modern shopping methods and your strong negotiating skills are your role as a shopping expert. The grouping takes place according to the collective agreement of the housing industry and depends on qualifications and professional experience.
