Service Manager - Automation Technology / Maritime (m/f/d)

You guide our team from service technicians professionally and organizationally: inside and hosting automation and control systems You plan, coordinate and prioritize service deployments and customers:internal requests You carry out independent service operations in selected projects and complex cases You are a contact person for customers: in case of technical queries, fault messages and service requests You ensure service quality and continuously optimize processes and workflows You support and develop the service technicians:

You have completed technical training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, ship operating technology or comparable You have multi-year professional experience (3–5 years) in technical service, ideally in the maritime environment or in automation technology You have first experience in the professional leadership or coordination of a team, which is beneficial You have profound knowledge of automation and control technology as well as experience in project management and service coordination You master English and German very well in word and writing, at least in B2 level You are characterized by an analytical way of thinking, customer-oriented action and pronounced communication skills
