Project Manager International Investment and Contract Controlling (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the investment controlling of international wind and solar park projects from the Financial Close, in the construction phase and during the ongoing operation Central role in the monitoring and control of all budgets and the creation of progress and financial reports for management Responsibility for central banking-covenant management including care, monitoring and updating of the Covenant register Ensuring compliance with all credit requirements, deadlines and information and reporting obligations Analysis of relevant financial indicators and project milestones including derivation of recommendations Development of processes, tools and dashboards as well as ensuring data quality, compliance and documentation

Completed studies in finance, accounting, business or economics or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in international controlling or covenant management, corporate finance, treasury, or a comparable financial environment Funded knowledge of financial and credit contracts and the ability to analyse and evaluate complex legal and financial circumstances Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as enforcement capability and proactive operation Experience with controlling, covenant or contract management tools of desirable English and Ukrainian knowledge of word and writing
