Welcome to Allianz

For our modern and innovative location Unterföhring we are looking for a dual student (m/w/d). In the HR Processes and Systems unit, we are responsible for both the HR Processes and the local HR IT systems for 48 Allianz companies in Germany. At the same time, we form the interface to the Allianz Group with regard to the global HR IT systems and are responsible for the associated local processes/reactions.

We offer you a varied activity with many opportunities to work in local and international projects and the opportunity to co-design the HR processes and systems of the future. In addition, you can expand your network by working with other alliance companies.

In addition to exciting topics and a collegial meeting, we encourage you and your development. During our team you will complete a two-year, professional-integrated Master degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management of Steinbeis High School. You work closely with global and local stakeholders and actively contribute to our ServiceNow HRSD project – from the independent acquisition of subprojects to cooperation in all phases of the project:

Participation in HR IT projects - from planning and internal communication, quality assurance and testing to the preparation and follow-up of workshops and documentation Own takeover of subprojects, in particular in the context of the introduction of innovative, also AI-based HR components Own takeover of operational tasks, e.g. organisation and efficient distribution of incoming orders in the team Creation and maintenance of reports on central HR key figures to support data-based decisions Participation in regular team and cross-area meetings to network and actively introduce you

You are in BWL, Human Resources, Economics, or a comparable course of study Ideally, you have already gained first experiences in the HR sector or brings a pronounced curiosity and openness to HR and IT topics with You are very well organized, proactive and like to work independently in a collegial team MS Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and teams are not foreign words for you You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
