To strengthen our review team for real estate assessments, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) The place is also suitable for part-time. As a result of the market, we actively support the diverse sales activities of our house in the credit business. We ensure that the administrative tasks in our Cooperative Bank are handled with a high level of competence and efficiency. The review team determines the value of the funded real estate and is therefore an important part of the market success.

You create creditworthiness assessments in simplified procedure according to § 24 BelWertV Your tasks include evaluating object documents In addition, you are responsible for assessing location analyses

You have an property-specific training or Account Manager (m/w/d) First professional experience in real estate or credit management as well as first knowledge and practical experience in real estate assessment Ideally, you have a qualification for the HypZert-Wertermittel (m/w/d) in the small loan sector or an equivalent qualification You work independently, structured and accurate Flexibility, communication skills, commitment, strong team player skills and service orientation complete your profile If you do not meet this qualification today, we are still looking forward to your application.
