Performance and quality responsibility for the assigned object portfolio Responsibility for sales, costs and earnings Planning and use of private and foreign services resources Optimization of existing orders and acquisition of new orders Object management according to the objective of the contracting entities in the sense of sustainable profitability, liquidity and value maintenance or development Ensuring compliance, legal, tariff and other external requirements as well as internal company guidelines

Complete degree in facility management desirable, technician:in/master:in (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in facility management Basic knowledge in the field of monthly and annual accounts Negotiating communication skills in German (at least C1) Driving licence class B required
