Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d) Bonn | Full time | unlimited Your duties Conduct collective bargaining for corporate companies – from strategic preparation to successful implementation. Advise top management in all collective and labour law issues and develop tailor-made negotiation strategies. Analyze market and environment trends, evaluate risks and design solutions that secure the interests of the company. Moderate talks with trade unions, conduct negotiations accompanying and independent and accompany our societies in the event of labour law challenges. Your profile Full lawyer:in with completed 2nd state exams (predicatesexamen of advantage), ideally with a focus on labor law or specialist attorneys' title.
