Technical object manager m/w/d Place of use: Leipzig Reference number: 2026-0246 Working time: Full time

Technical responsibility for the objects to be supervised and ensuring the maintenance services contractually agreed with our customer Reporting, Budget Responsibility and Control on Services Planning, organisation and control of repair and maintenance work on domestic installations and the associated ensuring of the technical operational readiness of the object Support and coordination of foreign companies Disposition and professional management of employees

Technical training e.g. as an electronic, electrician, plant mechanic SHK, gas and water installer, industrial mechanic, mechatronic for refrigeration technology Alternative training as a master or studies in the field of electrical engineering, supply technology, TGA or facility management Interest in business topics and technical processes Ideally with multiannual professional experience, but also professionals with training ambitions are welcome! independent and structured work as well as sovereign appearance as good German knowledge and driving licence class B
