The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, Hamburg/Küste. The gross annual fee is at the start of approximately €47.121,- for a weekly working time of 35 hours plus additional special payments in accordance with the collective agreement. The entitlement to this varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
