Team Leader of Follow-up Support in the Departmental Coordinating Office of NOOTS (m/f/d)

The FITKO (Federal IT cooperation) with currently around 130 employees has been designed to coordinate and promote the digitization of the administration in Germany as a slim, agile and specialized support unit. As a “transposition unit” of the German IT Planning Council, we strengthen the ability to act and control, create synergies and networked actors. We coordinate the implementation of register modernization – the largest digitization project of the public administration – in the establishment of the control units of the FITKO National Once-Only-Technical System (NOOTS). We enable political control by the IT Planning Council and help to enable a lean, modern and digital administration. Therefore, we are looking for a creative head with a lot of team spirit and self-organization, for classical administration and innovative methods. Teamleiter (m/w/d) in the specialist coordinating body of the NOOTS

You guide the connection and coordinate your team for the successful surface rollout of the NOOTS. For this purpose, and together with the technical connection management in the Federal Administration Office (BVA) you control requirements and measures for the comprehensive use of the NOOTS. You take the personal leadership and further development of a small team. You strategically shape the further development of the NOOTS, together with the other areas of expertise-coordinating body (customer synchronization, data management and law). You represent the NOOTS together with the BVA towards connection organisations and other external partners. You actively participate in stakeholder communication, in close coordination with the communication team and in cooperation with internal bodies and stakeholders.

University Diploma or Master Degree in Information Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Public Administration or a comparable degree; as an alternative to relevant and detectable skills and qualifications at master level and at least five years of professional experience in a correspondingly qualified activity You have first leadership experience and have already accompanied digitization projects. Structured, independent and solution-oriented work is of course for you. You like to think connected and work in the team. Language is your tool – in German and English you communicate clearly and precisely. The processes and structures of public administration are familiar to you. You convince with team spirit, openness, network strength and a high degree of flexibility.
