The Crib TU LittleLights We would like to welcome you to the Crib TU LittleLights. We serve a total of 44 children from the first to the third year of life in four groups. Our opening hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. The children's house is a place of well-being, like a second home for children, parents and employees. The children experience here that You are perceived individually and valued. The educators see themselves as companions of the children, You offer sufficient space to find their own ways and develop individually. The children's house Lichtwiese is located directly on the edge of the forest in the city, this offers a unique opportunity to introduce the children to nature and bring them closer to the importance of the environment and sustainability. The Kinderhaus Lichtwiese has a large garden, located directly on the climbing forest The large garden, as well as the green areas around it, can serve as a place of play and learning where children can not only live playfully. Part of our educational conception is to learn the subject of children through attentive and loving observation. Based on these observations, targeted offers and projects for the child develop. We are now looking for a full and part-time support for our existing team in our “LittleLights” crib in Darmstadt: Experienced pedagogical specialist Since 2006, we, the Terminal for Kids gGmbH, have been operating as a large freelance institution in Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate and NRW in-house and public care facilities for children from the age of the crèches to the school entrance. All facilities guarantee a high quality of care. In addition to bilingual education and animal-assisted pedagogy, TfK’s quality pillars also include a healthy diet for everyday life, as well as daily fresh meals prepared from organic products. You are a state-recognized educator (m/w/d), bringing a comparable recognised social education or a comparable degree according to § 25b HKJGB with You bring at least three years of experience in a crib You can picture the core working hours from 08:30 - 17:00 Educational empathy and joy in working with children are of course for you You bring a subtle feeling for the individual needs of the children and have the pleasure to accompany them a piece on their way of life You are characterized by team spirit and creativity as well as the motivation to develop yourself personally and professionally You show your own initiative and have a self-employed work Optional: You can offer a C1 certificate in English and/or are native speakers
