For our customers, a leading provider of education and health services, we are currently looking for a school management for a newly founded nursing school in Gera.

Representation of nursing school: They represent the nursing school both internally and externally and are responsible for attracting new trainees Courses: You take over the planning, implementation, evaluation and continuous further development of teaching/learning events according to the CORE principle Process design: You plan and design educational, organizational and personal processes and control the systematic development of the curriculum, quality and teaching Learning process support: They organize the intensive support of the learning processes and the cooperation of the learning places with the partners of nursing training Project management: They are responsible for the design and implementation of projects in cooperation with practical and cooperation partners

Education: Completed university degree as a Master of Education (M. Ed.) for vocational schools with a focus on nursing/health and two-year lecture (preparatory service) Professional experience: You have a three-year degree in a nursing professional school and well-founded teaching and teaching experience in nursing training Management experience: Ideally you have already gained experience in a leading position within an educational institution
