As a component, you are the organizational centrepiece of our construction projects: Application planning: Disposition and coordination of personnel, construction machines and equipment for our construction sites Material management: ordering, monitoring and disposition of building materials and materials Car park management: organization of maintenance, repairs and TÜV terminals Terminecoordination: coordination with construction managers, polishing and external service providers Transport organisation: Planning of material transport and machine displacement Documentation: Maintenance of MRP Systems and Creation of Reports Communication: Central interface between construction site, office and supplier

Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. construction designers, industrial merchants, freight forwarders) or comparable qualification Ideally first experience in the construction disposition, logistics or construction site organization Organizational designer with pronounced planning capacity Communication strength and enforcement capacity Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with MRP or ERP software Teamability, loadability and solution-oriented operation driving licence class B
