Ensuring the smooth process in receipt of goods, storage, commissioning, packaging and shipping Coordination of personnel deployment planning in close coordination with the logistics management Monitoring and optimization of shipping processes including Interface management for shipping service providers Application of Lean Methods like 5S, Standard Work and Visual Management for Process Optimization Interface managers for internal departments (e.g. purchasing and IT) and external partners Creation of reports and evaluation of key figures for the control and control of logistical performance Participation in projects, e.g. for digitization and automation of warehouse and shipping processes

Completed training in the field of warehouse logistics, forwarding or comparable; ideally with further training to the logistics master (m/w/d) or techn. Business or completed studies Professional experience in warehouse and shipping logistics, as well as in Lean Management (especially 5S, Kaizen) Motivation to develop and take over more leadership tasks Very good organizational talent and a structured, process-oriented way of working Experience in handling warehouse management systems Very good, broad EDV knowledge: MS Office (especially Excel), optimal experience with database evaluations (e.g. Power BI) Hands-on mentality and high readiness – even in stressful phases such as e.g. B. the pre-Christmas business
