Your focus is on stable data models, clear organization structures and future-oriented HR processes in the SAP-SuccessFactors environment. In doing so, you will bring your experience in a targeted way where sustainable decisions are taken. You design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as a central HR data system and ensure a clean mapping of organizational, employee and process structures In projects, you take the professional responsibility for employee-central topics and work closely with project management, adjacent modules and customer side analyse customer requirements and translate them into robust, predictable EC solutions based on proven SAP standards You moderate workshops, advise on best practices, accompany decision-making processes and support with effort assessments and project planning Your team Experienced colleagues who share their knowledge.
