Our client is a 'Single family office' belonging to an entrepreneurial family, based in the Rhine-Neckar area, whose activities extend to asset management and optimization. Another relevant activity also covers active administration, care and investment in domestic and foreign real estate.

In an exclusive order, we are looking for an asset manager / Property Manager (m/w/d) for the real estate team of our client, which is characterised by business thinking and acting, for these properties, which are mostly commercially marketed. Active development and strategic management of a portfolio of domestic and foreign residential and commercial properties with a focus on value enhancement and targeted exploitation of market potential Creation of business plans, marketing ideas, including cost-effectiveness analyses and investment calculations for active management of portfolio performance Negotiations of financing agreements with banks and support for existing financing solutions, but also the initiation of sales talks and projects Responsibility for contract and receivable management, including auditing of accounts, strict dunning and additional cost accounting Coordination and quality assurance of service providers and structures in maintenance, renovation and modernization Responsibility for lease management, including monitoring of rental payments, indexing and contractual deadlines Own, independent implementation of tenant changes and new leases: from object marketing to visits to handovers and acceptances, possibly also with third-party service providers Close cooperation with internal and external partners, including brokers, reviewers and other service providers Active, continuous market and competition monitoring to identify new rental and optimization potentials

Completed degree in real estate management or comparable training At least 5 years of experience in managing real estate portfolios Economic and goal-oriented thinking and action and organizational talent Communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity Self-responsibility and self-responsibility Secure knowledge of German and English
