These challenges include: Participation in the further development of our compliance programs (e.g. optimization of processes, workflows, design of rules) Participation in the design, planning, production and implementation of group-wide communication and training measures in different formats and channels with internal and external stakeholders Content management and creation of e.g. newsletter, social intranet communities, teams in MS teams, video clips, e-learnings & Co. Design and creation of presentations at department, department and management level in German and English as well as documentation and evaluations Introducing innovative, creative ideas and research and piloting digitalization opportunities Support and participation in the implementation of different projects, e.g. as part of new digitalization and IT solutions for the automation of compliance work Takeover of project management activities as well as active participation, preparation and cooperation in meetings and workshops Support our global, group-wide business and compliance network

Degree course BWL/VWL, law, business management or a comparable degree course (certification required) Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel) Interest in digital developments, tools and innovations, as well as interest in finding and implementing digital solutions Creativity, commitment, team capacity, strategic working, communication skills, interest in compliance topics and project management Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
