Professional and disciplinary leadership of a customer advisor team in service – including recruitment and onboarding of new employees Ensuring first-class customer service via phone and font (e-mail/chat) Control, analysis and optimization of the day-to-day operating business and the responsibility for selected projects and service provider control Further development of our self-developed customer consulting tools and automated processes in close coordination with the product Monitoring and further development of defined quality and performance specifications (KPIs) Responsibility for solving complex customer concerns as well as escalation and complaint management Close cooperation in the product team, including management and product management
