The “UniCredit Graduate Program” is your start into an exciting and varied career in one of Europe’s leading financial institutions. In your 15-month rotation-based trainee program, you will learn to know the company completely. You want to immerse yourself in the exciting world of international trade and understand how banks secure and finance global business? The Foreign Trade Center Guarantees Germany of the HypoVereinsbank supports our globally operating customers in implementing their international trading relationships. During our Graduate Program, you will be systematically introduced into various topics, including payment and security instruments in international trade, focusing on the aval business. You learn how to finance export transactions and how to secure companies against economic and political risks. At the same time, you will gain insights into international payment transactions, compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. penalty checks and money laundering prevention) and the digitalization of foreign trade processes.

Position type: Full-time This makes your trainee program: (International) rotations – You are the designer of your trainee program and, after onboarding in your home base, you will design an individual rotation plan that allows you to gain a wide range of insights into the entire bank. One of these rotations also takes place at one of our foreign locations.
