Your remuneration

We at the JKB combine the advantages of a small family hospital with a fair remuneration - also we pay according to the public service collective agreement (TVöD). The classification is based on your previous professional experience.

• TVöD-K (P6): Approx. 2.[for phone number see the original ad].800 € and an annual special payment between approx. 2,[for phone number see the original ad],200 €
• Time supplements by TVöD-K: 20% for night and Saturday services from 1:00 p.m., 25% for Sunday services, 35% for public services and 24/31 p.m. December and a shift supplement (40 € and 155 €)
• Supplements to TVöD-K: Monthly care supplement (133,80 €) for all areas and an additional supplement in neurology (46,02 €)
• In addition to the TVöD-K: jump-in services (80 € - 120 € / depending on the station) - simply coordinated by app
