Inhouse Consultant SAP SD (m/f/d)

Process analysis & target conception: You analyze complex sales-relevant business processes (e.g. offering creation, order processing, delivery, manufacturing), develop independent solutions and shape future-oriented target processes. Requirement management & implementation: You translate technical requirements into sustainable IT concepts and implement them in the SAP environment, in particular in SAP SD. Customizing & Process Design: You model and optimise end-to-end SD processes and implement them by customizing in SAP SD as well as in relevant interface/integrated components. Interface & Stakeholder Management: As a link between sales, logistics, finance and IT, you ensure that requirements are communicated clearly, empathically and targeted and efficiently implemented. Technical analysis & problem solution: You penetrate complex facts within the framework of actual analysis – including debugging, root cause analysis and analysis of system behavior (e.g. user experiences, BADIs, interfaces, IDocs). Control individual developments: you recognize the need for individual extensions, design them and control the implementation together with developers: inside to the productive solution. Project work & End‐to-End responsibility: From the idea to conception and implementation to successful deployment, you take end-to-end responsibility for your themes and drive them forward with high self-esteem. S/4HANA Transformation & Rollouts: You actively participate in the harmonisation and further development of the global SAP template and support international rollouts as part of the SAP‐S/4HANA transformation program. Support & Development: You address the existing SAP‐SD processes, identify optimization potentials and implement necessary changes as well as further developments in close coordination with the business.

You have several years of experience in the SAP module SD – ideally complemented by knowledge in adjacent modules such as MM, WM/EWM and FI/CO You analyze complex business processes, develop independent solutions and shape future-oriented target processes You translate technical requirements into sustainable IT concepts and implement them in the SAP environment (in particular SD) You take end-to-end responsibility for your topics – from idea to implementation to successful deployment – and consistently promote them with high self-esteem You bring with you a distinct problem-solving competence and are able to penetrate even complex issues within the framework of actual analyses (including debugging and root Cause Analysis) You recognize the need for individual developments, design them and control their implementation together with developers to the productive solution You have a good feeling for people, communicate empathically and safely in exchange with different stakeholders Very good German and good English skills
