Your tasks You support the seven-member team of the Management Office and the CEO's spokesperson on content, administrative and organisational issues, as well as on creating appealing and effective PowerPoint presentations, You work on special projects related to the management of 50Hertz as well as for the CEO's speaker, Improve the processes and internal communication (Intranet) of the management office and actively contribute your ideas, You support the preparation and follow-up of 50Hertz committee meetings (e.g. management sessions) by creating target group-oriented ideas, presentations and analyses, You support the preparation of committee meetings of the four German transmission system operators through the address-oriented compilation of information and thus ensure a smooth running of meetings.

Tracking your Bachelor's or Master's degree with high commitment, identify you through very good organizational and communication skills, a safe occurrence and a structured way of working, Bringing an affinity for processes and tools and mastering applications of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Ideally knowledge or have an interest in energy issues; Very good German (C2) and good English (B2) in word and writing.
