Assembly of optoelectronic devices and assemblies according to detailed work instructions and quality standards Fine adjustment / electrical adjustment and functional testing of the products using automated testing and matching programs Detection, analysis and correction of errors and deviations in the assembly process Work in a structured production environment according to the principles of 5S and Lean Manufacturing Contribute to improvements in processes and product quality Interface to Manufacturing Engineering Team for technical problems and process adaptations Training of colleagues for new products Active participation in the further development of work instructions and testing processes

You have well-founded experience in the assembly and testing of technical systems and brings a strong understanding of our products and production processes. As an experienced specialist, you work precisely, think process-oriented and support your team in solving technical challenges. You are delighted to share knowledge and train colleagues to ensure high product quality and efficiency together. Completed technical training with further education to the technician or completed bachelor's degree in the technical field 5–10 years of professional experience in the assembly, testing or production of technical systems – ideally in the field of optoelectronics Very good understanding of production processes, product functions and quality requirements Ability to systematically analyze technical problems and implement solutions together with engineering and production Joy in the incorporation and training of colleagues Teamability, initiative and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
