IT Administrator for IT Support & Service Provider Management (m/f/d)

A reliable personality is sought that coordinates local IT and acts as a central contact person at the site.

In this position you are the central IT office at Lahr. The focus is not on deep system administration or complex infrastructure work, but on coordination, coordination and ensuring ongoing IT operation. You ensure that jobs, applications and IT services work reliably, align with external IT service providers and are a link to central IT.

You coordinate external IT service providers, prioritize topics, accompany implementations and ensure that agreed services are complied with. You serve jobs, users, permissions, printers, terminals and standard IT systems as part of local IT support. You function as an interface between location, central IT service desk and external partners. You support IT leaders in projects, rollouts, system changes and organizational IT topics.

You have experience in IT support, IT administration, IT coordination, or IT contact in the company. Training in the IT environment, such as a specialist system integration, IT system electronics or a comparable qualification, is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. You bring a solid technical basic understanding, especially in the areas of Windows environment, networks, hardware, user and authorization management. You work structured, independent and reliable and keep an overview of several topics. Communication strength, service orientation and the ability to communicate safely with internal contact persons as well as external service providers are a feature.
