As a working student (w/m/d) you support our project manager in our facility in Kiel in the technical, commercial and infrastructural support during the operating phase. You will find market-oriented prices and actively participate in the award of services

You support the audit of contracts and the follow-up management

You hire service providers through our Computer-Aided-Facility Management System (CAFM) Together with our object team, you are planning data and reporting as well as performance documentation

With your commitment, you will ensure smooth operations and transparent processes in facility management

You are in the advanced Bachelor's degree or already in the Master's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Management or comparable Ideally, you have been able to gain first practical experience in real estate management or property management as part of an internship or a work-study job. You are ideally available between 15 -20 h a week during student work You have very good German skills (at least level C1)
