The basis of our quality management system is available - You are responsible for the holistic planning, the construction and control of quality management within the care facilities in the southern NRW. For the core areas of care and care, develop, verify and implement resilient processes and validate the quality standards in operational practice. Similarly, you work with the technical QM interfaces in the fields of domestic, domestic and administration. You always have current legal changes in mind and ensure their embedding and implementation in our quality management system. In addition, organize and conduct training, quality circles, conferences and internal audits and prepare our residences for test situations.

Must-have: You are nursing professionals and have extensive professional experience. You can at best look back on several successful years in quality management or as nursing services. You always keep your expertise up to date – you are perfectly familiar with the requirements of the supervisory authorities as well as with the relevant laws, regulations and standards. You bring a mobility within North Rhine-Westphalia.
