Enrich us as Manager (m/d) Capital investment – securities and loans in Münster For the further development of our capital investment, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking leader with outstanding investment expertise, who is willing to take responsibility for a substantial part of our assets and to significantly shape the investment strategy of the EGWL. You take over a key role within the capital investment of the EGTC and with your department account for around 80% of the entire investment portfolio. Together with a team of 19 highly specialised employees, you control, monitor and administrate the liquid (classical securities) and illiquids (alternatives, infrastructure investments, special financing) capital investments. In doing so, you combine deep investment expertise with strategic thinking, entrepreneurial responsibility and a pronounced ability to guide highly qualified specialists. You report directly to the management and are an essential Sparring partner for strategic issues of the investment. Their decisions and recommendations thus have a direct impact on the long-term financial stability and performance of the EMUs.

You take over the holistic responsibility for the investment portfolio you provide and manage its further development, operational implementation, processing and administration independently and foreseeably. You will continuously develop the portfolio architecture, taking into account returns, risks, liquidity and diversification as well as the long-term obligations of our utility. Based on well-founded analyses, you conduct specific investment decisions, continuously check the strategic positioning of the portfolio and initiate necessary adjustments if necessary. As an important stimulant (w/m/d) you support the general management and the bodies in the further development of our investment strategy and thus make a significant contribution to the stability of value and the achievement of a reasonable return on the entire plant. In addition, ensure the liquidity of our utility at any time and ensure that the investment meets the regulatory requirements and internal regulatory requirements at any time. As a competent contact person (w/m/d), you will be in close contact with management companies, fund companies and other business partners, thereby representing the interests of our home in a sovereign and consistent manner.

We do not seek a classic leadership with capital market experience, but an investment personality that combines technical depth, strategic vision, loyalty and leadership at a high level.
