For you, the heat transition is not a vision, but your mission. As a link between strategy and operational business, you develop and conduct appropriate projects and programs to implement the development and transformation strategy for the district heating business.

You take over the end-to-end responsibility for the development and implementation of sustainable district heating supply concepts for large commercial customers, quarters and entire city hurry from the first idea to commissioning. This includes, among other things, the inclusion of the status quo, the creation of holistic technical and economically viable concepts, the control of all involved specialist departments and external service providers during implementation and the regular report to the top management.

With a strong digital focus, you develop, initiate and control optimization measures with a focus on increasing the performance of the district heating system as well as the organization, thus enabling the scaling of the district heating system and the operation of the district heating strategy.

You keep the market as well as the funding and legal situation in mind and identify trends and opportunities and risks for the business segment. Based on this, you will be able to adapt and supplement the product architecture and control the development and implementation of appropriate solutions.

Complete university studies in a technical and/or commercial course (e.g. mechanical engineering, utility technology, industrial engineering, etc.)

Multiannual occupational practice in the energy industry with proven experience and skills in project management and in the management of complex cross-disciplinary initiatives

Embossed digital affinity, ideally experience in developing tools and automation in low code environments (e.g. MS Power Apps)
