International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Head of Corporate Accounting (w/m/div.), you will become part of the newly created company in the future and will therefore work in a globally connected team of about 4300 colleagues working in over 50 countries. They build the group accounting system for the group to be justified. After spin-off, they conduct consolidated accounting for a group of 39 legal units and are responsible with their team for consolidated and external financial reporting according to IFRS. They monitor the changes in accounting standards and regulations according to IFRS. You define the corporate policies that you implement together with process experts, IT and the external accounting service provider. They coordinate the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts processes for external reporting. They support the directors of the local accounting departments or in interaction with the external accounting service provider in the preparation of the individual financial statements under IFRS or under local law. They coordinate the regular audit processes in interaction with the auditors They lead a team of 3 employees and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You create financial reports for senior management and the management board. They ensure the insurance-contractual processes in the Group in interaction with the brokers and the legal unit managers.

Training: Master's degree in accounting, finance or comparable qualifications. Auditor exams or equivalent certification is desirable. Experiences and know-how: About 10 years of experience in accounting, as well as leadership experience. In addition, you can learn about the consolidation software LucaNet, good knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0, ideally experience with S/4 HANA. Qualification: Deep knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and regulations, ideally HGB identifiers. Personality and working methods: Strong analytical skills with high problem-solving competence.
