• You work closely with doctors in your home: women, therapeutic professionals and other stakeholders and ensure that information is kept up and up to date. • In everyday life, you control the care process independently, adapt care plans to changes and coordinate the cooperation in the living area. • In use, you implement nursing measures independently and according to standard – from body care to wound care. • Relevant observations and measures are professionally fixed so that progress, coordination and transfer of responsibility can be reliably achieved.
