You are the first contact person: for our customers after classification as a crisis-affected engagement and uses your communication skills and empathy to accompany our corporate customers on their way to a successful renovation. Taking into account contractual, legal and economic circumstances, you develop refurbishment strategies and implement them according to analysis and evaluation of customer-specific performance and financial conditions. You enter into self-sufficient and holistically refurbishment-neededed credit commitments taking into account the individual customer situation and the business and risk policy concerns of the savings banks. Within the framework of the strategy adopted, you take on the ongoing risk-oriented review and control of measures from the rehabilitation concept, including competence-oriented disposition and ongoing inventory management. You judge the risk precautions and, if necessary, propose value adjustments. You prepare credit decisions, exercise your competencies responsibly, issue stand-alone votes for refurbishment loans and evaluate collateral and receivables. You are looking for service-oriented as a contact person: in the areas of refurbishment law for colleagues in market and market success. You are working on regulatory issues and projects, making suggestions on how existing workflows can be optimized and ensuring a continuous development of your work area.

You have completed a course of training to/from the bank clerk and the course of studies on/to the bank/sparkass business operator:in or an economic study. You have several years of experience in the credit business as well as the advice of demanding companies - and corporate customers and can demonstrate market knowledge in the credit economy. You are technically versed, open to multi-channel consulting and actively accompany change processes. You have first knowledge and skills in the application of RKB and OSPlus credit. You ideally know the consortial loan business and are experienced in dealing with collateral pool contracts. You have a strong risk awareness as well as a market sense, and in difficult conversations you can consistently represent the interests of the Sparkasse and maintain the willingness to cooperate with your customers. You are characterized by sales skills and an independent working style. You convince with a quick understanding and team orientation and work efficiently and solution-oriented. You are innovative and find creative and unusual solutions.
