Our client is an established and regionally rooted credit institution in Baden-Württemberg. Close to customers, long-term business relationships and the continued development of the banking business shape the house. In the course of a re-assessment, we are looking for a leadership personality that an experienced team takes over private customers in credit management and develops together with the employees. A personality who wants to lead, organize and shape changes is sought and provides a sound background in the credit or financing business.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 10 employees Organisation, control and further development of credit management in non-risk retail business Ensuring proper, high-quality and timely credit processing Responsibility for the processing of loan applications, credit and collateral contracts, as well as collateral Control and prioritization of ongoing tasks and capacities within the team Establishing clear leadership structures and regular team, feedback and development talks Development and standardisation of existing credit processes and workflows Accompanying digitalization, automation and new technological possibilities Close cooperation with market, market success and other internal interfaces Active participation of the future orientation of credit management

In the case of a training course or a similar qualification Experience gained in credit, financing or asset business Good understanding of credit processes, credit application processing and key operations in the financing business Leadership experience is advantageous, but no compelling need Also interesting are candidates with first professional leadership, coordination or alternate responsibility A classic career in the succession of credit markets is not absolutely necessary – also a background from market-side financing or Construction financing can fit well to the position Structured working and joy in the further development of organisation and processes Clear and valuable communication as well as the necessary standing in dealing with experienced specialist specialists Openness for digitalization, automation and change
